Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee with the following conditions:

Eligible for Full Refund

You are eligible for a full refund if your request meets ALL of the following conditions:

  • Request made within 14 days of purchase
  • Less than 20 photos and/or 5 videos uploaded
  • Less than 100 MB of storage used
  • Gallery has not been shared (no share links created)
  • Event date has not yet passed

NOT Eligible for Refund

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

  • Event date has already passed
  • More than 20 photos uploaded
  • More than 100 MB of storage used
  • Gallery has been shared (share links created)
  • Downloads have been performed (one-click download feature used)
  • Purchase made more than 14 days ago
  • For any plan upgrades (e.g., upgrading from a "Memories" package to a "Celebration" package)
  • For any gallery time-extension purchases

Abuse Prevention: We monitor usage patterns to prevent abuse. Accounts that exceed usage thresholds or engage in suspicious activity (such as uploading large amounts of content and immediately requesting refunds) will be flagged and may be ineligible for refunds.

Partial Refunds

At our discretion, partial refunds may be considered for extenuating circumstances:

  • Technical issues preventing service use
  • Service outages lasting more than 24 hours
  • Documented platform failures
  • Complete event cancellation (case-by-case basis)

Please contact our support team to discuss your situation if you believe you qualify for a partial refund.

Chargebacks

Important: Chargebacks initiated without first contacting support will result in:

  • Immediate account termination
  • Forfeiture of all data access
  • Ban from future purchases

We strongly encourage you to contact us at [email protected] before initiating a chargeback. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly. Chargebacks should only be used as a last resort for fraudulent transactions.

Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Email [email protected] with your order number (found in your purchase confirmation email)
  2. Explain the reason for your refund request
  3. Allow 3-5 business days for review
  4. If approved, refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method

Data Retention After Refund

After a refund is processed:

  • All photos, videos, and gallery data are permanently deleted
  • No recovery is possible after deletion

If you need to download your content, please do so before you request a refund.
